1. Develop Academic and Institutional Infrastructure

  • To develop and implement land use and physical infrastructure plan
  • To renovate existing infrastructure
  • To introduce performance based system in career development (motivate performing teaching and non-teaching staff)
  • To establish Central laboratory of S & T
  • To add basic infrastructure
  • To make attractive and clean environment in the premises of the UC

2. ​​​​​​​Transform University Campus into Centre of National and International Repute

  • To produce graduates equipped with skills, knowledge with positive attitudes, cultured, and sensitive to human values
  • To enhance quality of academic administration
  • To develop University Campus as knowledge enterprise
  • To run on-line academic programs
  • To stimulate faculties and students to use their time in productive ways (teaching, learning, research and working culture) while being in the Campus

3. Strengthen Financial Sustainability and Ensure Good Governance

  • To mobilize internal and external financial resources
  • To maintain financial discipline and accountability
  • To design and implement monitoring & evaluation mechanism
  • To protect University Complex by establishing strong security unit

4. Strengthen Collaboration, Cooperation, Coordination and Competency

  • To expand National and International linkages and networking
  • To develop linkage with local stakeholders
  • To develop relations with external Agencies inside and outside the country
